• I messed around with photoshop and this happened

I think it looks like a mountain. It began as a blob (Yes, blob) of fire, which then evolved into a pile of gold. After some messing with filters, hue and adding a sky background with a white outline it ended up as this. [img]http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/9408/datmountain.png[/img] I don't know if this really deserved a thread but my friend bugged me about it.

Ow, your filters just burned my retina's out!
Not only is the sky background utterly detailed, you also mainly just spammed filters. Your mother must be really proud of you.
It looks bad. Try using the manual tools rather than automatic things. Like filters.

Didn't really need a thread... Highlighting the white outline of the mountain doesn't make it stand out it just makes it look fake. Your clouds are all a bit whispy and non-commital, [url=http://th01.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/f/2010/028/9/3/Another_cloud_tutorial_by_mirchiz.jpg]here's[/url] a quick tutorial on clouds. Your image could do with a defined light source, it gives more impact to images usually. The colour and texture you ended up with is interesting though :zoid:
