There was a wheelchair bound girl in my high school named Norma. She couldn't talk, just scream, and that's all she did, as well as bang on the tray in front of her. This was about 10 years ago mind you, and one kid I knew went up to her and put his bag of potato chips in front of her when her caretakers (Special Needs teachers) weren't looking, and then took them away when she grabbed for them, and the demonic scream that followed was apocalyptic
