You should try google earth/maps to look for abandoned looking places. I'd be careful though, if you're not too lucky you'll end up finding a meth lab or some shit. Another good way to find places is to drive around (or walk around) And look for abandoned buildings.

(Self explanatory, You'd preferably want to bring a thick carpet or something to toss over it. Or wire cutters for a small section of the barbed wire. You don't want to get caught with those on you, though.)
