I've been working on some little side projects recently, and I've been wondering if there are any shops in Bristol, UK that sell empty soda or preferably beer cans with a blank white label? I want to make my own label for a personal project but I can't seem to find anything online that helps at all. Any help is appreciated, or any suggestions on how to make my own if it comes down to that.
Take beer can, drink beer, spray wite paint (or any other color) over label?
Mask the top and bottom with tape to leave those unpainted.
Are you wanting just the label white and not bothered about surrounding colours or would you like it preferably all white?
Just the label being white would be absolutely fine, I don't really care about the rest.
Then do what masterburner said in my opinion.
Maybe sand down the cans first, so that
A: the spray paint will stick
B: there's no underlying label if the paint manages to scrape off. (Which it probably would if it weren't sanded.)
Probably time consuming, but a hell of a lot cheaper than buying the cans.
