Ahh, I was hoping it would be the Markiplier Content Cop or one about GradeAUnderA
Ahh, I was hoping it would be the Markiplier Content Cop or one about GradeAUnderA
Im glad its not, we dont need drama 24/7.
I don't see why people like Markiplier needs a Content Cop. He's just doing what's best for his channel. Dude works hard.
I don't see why people like Markiplier needs a Content Cop. He's just doing what's best for his channel. Dude works hard.
Because Mark asked Ian to do one on him
Holy shit that imitation was spot on.
content cop got content cop'd
Because Mark asked Ian to do one on him
Precisely why Ian would never do one.
Precisely why Ian would never do one.
No you got it wrong, Edups was the one that did the question.
uploaded 50 mins ago, already 230k views well deserved imo
uploaded 50 mins ago, already 230k views well deserved imo
Should pay enough to break even the cost of all those cardboard phones, blenders and drones.
So I didn't know about these "tech" channels before, but what the hell? They just break stuff? It might be unreasonable, but it really ticks me off when people carelessly handle or purposefully smash objects, food, whatever. My parents came from the Philippines with next to nothing, so everything, no matter if it was a $500 TV, or a 2 dollar cutlery set, they valued and took care of, passing that off to our brother and me. We're not in dire straights now, but we've continued that habit, maybe even more now considering the fact we can afford more expensive things. It infuriates me that people take their things for granted. Yes, they probably make more money than they spend on it, and maybe it sounds like the I'm using the old adage of "there's starving children in Africa," but I don't care. I wish they spent a few months living for dollars a week in a third world country instead of living in a culture of excess. Maybe it'd put it in perspective how petty what they're doing is. I can sort of excuse Idubbbz since it seems like a one off and clearly he didn't like destroying that stuff, even then I had to raise an eyebrow at it, but how can someone look at a 700 or 800 dollar piece of technology and say, "Hmm, I'll smash this with a hammer" and just go about it gleefully?
how can someone look at a 700 or 800 dollar piece of technology and say, "Hmm, I'll smash this with a hammer" and just go about it gleefully?
I understand the sentiment, but massively popular channels like that usually has an underlying brand deal with the products they are destroying. It wouldn't surprise me if that tech channel gets a literal crate of iphones each month to wreck
hahaha holy shit the end with the parking garage guys.

If you told me I could get $750 from smashing a $500 TV, I'd sure as hell do it, and when people get used to doing it, they start to enjoy it because wrecking shit is fun and cathartic. For a 'nicer' way to look at it, here's a common fundraising activity: paying a dollar to hit a car with a hammer. [editline]11th October 2016[/editline]
hahaha holy shit the end with the parking garage guys.
he should've dubbed the intro music for that bit.
watching him destroy the drone with a shovel was actually satysfying :v:
here's a common fundraising activity: paying a dollar to hit a car with a hammer.
Even now though to me it looks so wasteful. I don't know, wouldn't someone be happy to have that car instead? Or maybe donate it to some museum. Why not just sell the car itself if you want to go that far (really pointless in my mind), there you go, donation money. :v: Maybe the car was too worthless to be sold away? (I would find that odd, cars were booming during that time, it's a Japanese car too, I could see it doing well, not because of it's quality, but because of the location it came from)
I dislike those destruction videos but some are quite decent when it comes to damaging a phone on purpose I think the quality of his videos have gone down over the months but the scratch tests and such are still good ways to measure screen durability

As mentioned, it's not done purely because they're just destructive twats, but because they know they can recoup the costs and profit from it, because people on facebook (who see things similar to how markfu mentions he does) get confused and even mad at the concept and end up giving them rage-views. Go to any of these videos and you'll see a thousand 'there's starving in africa' arguments, half of which are the poster themselves saying they could have used [the thing] themselves

Edups is a great guy.
Holy shit that imitation was spot on.
I kinda thought it was real at a point.

He also fucked the table that he used in the mail opening videos.
A one off? dude gets sendt a ton of stuff in the mail which he abuses and smash. He also fucked the table that he used in the mail opening videos.
He gets sent shit. No one sends him a $700 phone. Also, that table he destroyed? Pretty sure that's not more than $20. On a completely different level.
He gets sent shit.
Sometimes literally.

My favorite is the vacuum cleaner murder: [sp]5:31[/sp]

Better to do one last thing to it before throwing in it away.

Dunno, I like Techrax, I think it's pretty entertaining to see expensive shit get smashed, that's just me though.
Imagine if they put this money to Charity.
