It sounds very, very similar to something I've heard before but I can't put my finger on it...
The noise is kind of annoying but appart from that it could be the background music of some movie.

It's still soothing and nice though but add more to it. It's very bland.
It's not supposed to be anything more than soothing. I didn't write this music to impress as such, I wrote it to express.
