AFIAK YPG,Peshmerga,ISF, Syrian Rebels and SAA have found various drugs like cocaine and other amphetamines that Daesh routinely takes during combat. Which probably explains why they end to be so reckless with their lives and their ability to seize portions of land. Ironic how if they see an old man smoking weed,opium,etc they end up killing them while their militants get high off their asses in combat.

Probably the Taliban who sells drugs to fund their organization. As far as I know, ISIS is pretty anti-drug.
