I got my report card yesterday for my first semester ( i'm in 9th grade btw ). I looked and i got freaking 4 C's and 2 A's. Can i still go to a college? Is my life done? Is a University like USC still an option T_T?

Your life is not over. I had a 1.2 GPA in Freshman year. I am now in college. You just have to work, really, really hard to raise your GPA.
It's been reported that universities and colleges look more for improvement rather than straight out A's. Just try to improve your grades.

You're overreacting. In 9th grade I had ALL Cs, except for an A in gym. I failed math once and art twice, and here I am in 10th grade.

I had a B/C average in High School and I went on to major in psychology in college, and got a degree saying I could be some sort of psychologist if I really wanted to. It's helped me get into a lot of jobs just being able to say I finished college.
So basically no, your life isn't over, as long as you don't keep it this way.

I'm so happy that our school posts our grades online. No suspense, and I can always do "damage control." I use it to slack off in A classes and push harder in B classes.

Yeah, Put it this way. If you manage to increase your GPA over time and junior year you are getting majority A's they will still consider you. Not to mention when people think 'good' colleges they think Harvard,Yale, etc.
Chances are you were never going to get into those colleges anyway, Many good colleges accept people who get B-C averages. Harvard even accepts some people with GPA's barely above a 3.0

I graduated from Highschool with 4 C's and I'm now in my second year of college and doing very well.
Most colleges care more about your credit than your grades. Though, if you are an idiot, they don't want you making them look bad.

O by the way I'm going to be finishing my high school career with a 1.3 GPA, and a 27 ACT score, then I'm going to a community college and eventually to a state, and i do not consider my life even close to over.
