I tried to get this guys face.

That's pretty neat bud, thanks! But the original goal was the other way around.
That second picture is downright horrifying. That said, what you need is a better picture if you want it to look at all convincing. Right now there's too great a disparity in image quality between two photos that are already pretty shitty.
I'd offer to do it, but the original face is too low quality and bright to swap properly
