I have no idea what's going on.
In Asia, there's a time crisis like arcade shooter that uses a lot of cut and specifically created content. You can notice a lot of beta enemies like the combine assassin.
So it's HL2:DM but with pretty much every stereotypical feature of a generic knockoff Asian game?

I dunno what "2.0" is but Survivor was an arcade game where you control Gordon with two joystick type things and just shoot the Combine. I played it a couple times and it was a gimmick of course but it was cool seeing Half Life 2 in an arcade. No idea whether or not it was licensed by Valve.

Basically, Valve gave Half-Life 2 to Taito for an Arcade game. The result was Survivor, and later Survivor Ver2.0. It had a Story mode that is basically small, altered sections from HL2's singleplayer, the Battle mode here which seems to be about killing players and taking their dog tags for points (eat your heart out Kill Confirmed), and Mission Mode, which.. I don't know anything about, but it seems to have things like surviving NPC hordes or such with other players.
The machines for Survivor Ver2.0 discontinued in 2010, but Marphy Black got his hands on not only all of the models (released for Garry's Mod), but all the actual game files, binaries and so forth as well. ben1066 cracked the binaries and fixed them to work with the PC Source as a mod of sorts, so they've literally ported Survivor to the PC from the Arcades in like a week.

You can even change there heads. Some heads need more work others aare ok in my opinion.

I always wanted to play this after seeing a video ages ago, too bad arcades went out of style.
This looks fun to play. hopefully someone can make the online work if they get it to work for PC.
