This is a tough one and on one hand you have a company famous for its secure software on the other hand the government wanting the ability to decrypt it. Once they are able to decrypt the emails whats stopping them from "checking" on users who have no link to terrorism.
Also there are much MUCH better ways to communicate other than a blackberry (in terms of encrypting messages) so idk its a tough one
India, just ban the device already.
