I would make a Mushroom that has the effects of Weed and Shrooms. With no gastrointestinal (probably spelt that wrong) pains.
Mushrooms grow in a day or two, so It would be very easy to make large quantities.
and the mushrooms tasted like heaven.

It has a section that actually goes into depth about advanced drug synthesis, potential designer drugs and so on.
As opposed to the usual 'we do and talk about drugs' forums. Which tends to be full-to-the-brim of pop-philosophy with a stoned twist.
