Which Photo To Submit To Local Competition

Hey guys, there is a competition ending soon where I live that is being judged by Wildlife Photographer Laurie Cambell. Don't know how famous he is but if I won and got my pictures shown in his presentation I would be chuffed. There's different age groups so I'd be in the 14-18 section.

Anyway, with help from my art teacher I've whittled it down to 3 pictures. Can you guys help me in deciding in which one I submit? (Only one submission per entrant)

Bokeh is pretty harsh on the first one, and the third feels like a normal landscape shot.

The second is great because you don't see smoke on the water very often and the image is quite dreamy and pleasing to the eye.
