Really because it's been reposted 3 times in the last two days, that I myself have seen.
I've always found tipp-ex unbelievably stupid, I've only used it a hand-ful of times and every one of those times it's stupidly clear that I've used tipp-ex, you're basically just taping more paper onto paper to cover words.
I guess it doesn't matter if it's obvious you've tipp-ex'ed something, stills annoys me though.
