I will tell you how to make an awesome dish. This recipe is for 4 people. This is what you need: -400 grams of pasta, any kind. -100 grams of mushrooms -100 grams of peas -100 grams of green beans -500 grams of white asparagus -2 deskinned pitted tomatoes -some chopped parsley -some chopped basil -50 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese -half pint whipping cream -garlic clove -50 grams of butter -zest of a lemon Preparing: Slice the mushrooms Cut the green beans in pieces of around 2 cm Cut the asparagus in pieces of around 1 cm Skin, pit and slice the tomatoes. You can usually get skinned and pitted tomatoes in a can. Chop parsley Chop basil Grate the Parmesan cheese zest a lemon Making the dish: Fill a pot with water, add some salt and wait until the water is boiling, add the beans, a few minutes later the peas and shortly after that the asparagus, and make sure it's well cooked. Remove the veggies with a skimmer and rinse em of with cold water, put the pasta in the same pot you prepared the veggies. In the meanwhile make the sauce, use a garlic press to crush the garlic, fry the garlic together with the mushroom with the butter in a large frying pan. Add the whipping cream and boil it, add the tomato and some salt&pepper. Let it simmer for 2 minutes, throw all the vegetables in the sauce and add the lemon zest, the basil and parsley. When the pasta is done, stir everything together in the frying pan and add the Parmesan cheese.
