I noticed something on Madagascar - Escape 2 Africa - General

Yeah, so like, I was watching it 'cause I'm ill and shit and it was the only thing I hadn't watched that I wouldn't mind watching anyway. So, anyway, I'm watching this animation movie and such, and... Wat. The penguin said something that caught my attention (you'll see why) The monkey dudes are wanting a Maternity leave ('cause males are badass bro), and the main character gang shows up and asks them what they want... Now, this is what caught my attention... [B]"These damn [U]commies[/U] want their maternity leave..."[/B] Wat. Is that even allowed? I remember a while back the guy who plays the russian guy in Dexter's Laboratory's cartoon hero. He has a Sickle & Hammer on his body with a typical russian hat. Is this at all even allowed? I know the Nazi shit isn't, but is this [I]really[/I] allowed at all? Only some cartoons sneak it in there. If any of you have watched this, tell me if you saw that shit, it was quite funny at the time :v:
