The fallout 2 retard playthrough comes to mind
In case anyone was confused about the end, the bus perk is V.A.N.S, which displays the path to your closest quest target when activating V.A.T.S, like clairvoyance in Skyrim. You don't get to drive cars, sorry :v:
Someone will fix that
Someone will fix that
Good luck fixing the ragged terrain of an entirely destroyed Boston
if you cant make that gun i will be sorely disappointed
wub wub
nerd rage is making a return, awesome.
Nerd Rage is the level 10 Intelligence perk, so that probably means its going to be REALLY important for people who spend all points in intelligence. Most likely 50% buffs across the board, to 100%
Can't wait till I can hold people up AND become a huge tank!

I really liked the Highwayer or whatever the car in Fallout 2 was called There's something really badass about it, but I can't quite nail it down [editline]9th October 2015[/editline]
Pretty sure the core reason why fallout 3 and 4 have no cars is because it would make the world feel awfully small and would force the devs to make very flat roads which would contrast with the otherwise destroyed looks of the rest of the world.
Honestly if driving is a thing in fo4 why would it be locked behind a tier 1 intelligence perk? I mean like there's no perk required to use power armour as far as we can tell from the perk chart. That's not to say they couldn't be book related perks, but they don't show up on the chart and consequently they won't appear in these videos.
