In b4 Sexual Dysfunction! I'll just be straight up, I can't get it up when I'm rolling at least when I'm rolling hard enough that sex would feel any different from when I'm sober. I know nothing about obtaining Viagra apart from the fact that it's not over the counter and you need to goto a doctor.. Well.. Viagra was originally produced as a medication to reduce blood pressure as it relaxes the vessels.. which is why there is increased bloodflow which allows you to maintain an erection so I can't see it having any negative effect... The only issue is that it metabolizes in the same was as MDMA so a regular dose would be way too high.

Vasodilators and vasoconstrictors combined put a huge amount of strain on the heart. Vasoconstrictors reduce the amount of space for blood flow which results in a high blood pressure and increased heart rate. Vasodilators dilate the blood vessels, increase heart rate and decrease BP. This ends up with your heart having a huge amount of strain as it is forced to move your blood at an unoptimised pressure not to mention Viagra was originally designed to treat angina which shows it has significant action on the cardiovascular system. The reason it gives you an erection is because it increases blood flow to extremities due to dilated capillaries. It's not just due to increased blood flow alone. You can mix them but just be aware there's a lot more risk and I only really think you should do it when you're an hour into peak to avoid you coming on too strong on the MDMA then being destroyed by the two drugs. An advantage of using Viagra is that it'll dissipate your heat a bit quicker which is always a good thing on MDMA.
