Beautiful, but late. Aww hell, rated heart OP Let it be known this day that hearts prevailed over clocks, even in the face of ultimate lateness.
And that speech is why I've always loved Charlie Chaplin.
This is a great speech too.
Is it just the part where he does a tongue-twister about some "Visage of a vaudevillain most verbose" or is it his "Fuk da poleece" speech?
Cant believe I have not seen this before, thanks.

I think the destiny of all men is not to sit in the rubble of their own making but to reach out for an ultimate perfection which is to be had. At the moment, it is a dream. But as of the moment we clasp hands with our neighbor, we build the first span to bridge the gap between the young and the old. At this hour, it’s a wish. But we have it within our power to make it a reality. - Rod Serling
It was an amazing speech. It's sad to think that man is too corrupted, greedy and heartless to ever make a change in the world for the better. There will always be war, murder, drugs, starvation and most of societies problems. Though a world described in the speech would be perfect.
