i love Green day. Fav Song:Pulling Teeth Fav Album: Dookie Best Vid: Basket Case Post your thoughts!

My cousin liked Green Day. When he was nine. I remember there was this old Green day song on the radio one day, I think it was called Longview or something like that and I guess it wasn't as bad as I was expecting.

I was a huge green day fan when I was 10, and could only name 4 songs by them despite buying American Idiot. My brothers had all the CD's so my friends came over and listened to Dookie alot when we got bored of American Idiot.

I like them a lot, not as much as before but still listen to them. I like 1039/smooth and kerplunk more but I quite like all their albums. Favorite between dookie till 21st century breakdown is nimrod and close 2nd insomniac.

Once American Idiot hit the stores, they really started to suck.

I fucking LOVE green day. Best song in my opinion, is basket case. Video, Jesus of Suburbia. Its like a fucking movie. Anyway, American idiot and 21st were both great albums. Don't get me wrong though. They sucked in comparison to their earlier albums.

They went to shit after Warning. Everything from there on was just horrible. 21st century breakdown is the biggest piece of shit ever. Favorite song would have to be Longview, Favorite album would be Insomniac.

favorite album would have to be Kerplunk, I kind of get pissed off at the fucking 10 year olds who only listen to AI and 21'st CB and call themselves "fans" And I love all the guitar solos from 1039/SOSH

I used to listen to Green Day a lot. Now I just listen to the occasional song for nostalgia. However Longview is legitimately a badass song

I don't mind Green Day. Their earlier stuff I'm quite partial too, but not the recent stuff.

I quite like their older stuff, and they used (and still do from what I hear) put on really good live shows.

Old Green Day is good. American Idiot and 21st century breakdown suck.

I'll say that both of the newer albums have their moments (no matter how small they are), but the old stuff is the best. The last time I saw them, it only began for me when they launched into their old songs after an hour of the new stuff.
