US President Barack Obama, in a telephone conversation with the Kremlin on Tuesday, offered [B]America's "full assistance" in making the Olympics "safe and secure", the White House said.[/B]Two US warships will be on standby in the Black Sea when the Games begin on 7 February. Washington has also offered to supply Russia with hi-tech equipment to help detect improvised explosives.

This is going to end badly when the games start.
I don't think Russia can stop these people from sneaking in on their own.
Soon-to-be-female was what stuck in my head. Like he was getting an operation before bombing.
The games will have a really tough time because fighting the hate internationally due to their recent activities but probably also the people in the country causing problems.

it's impossible to identify and defuse every threat if they appear in sufficiently large numbers and attempt their operation in small enough cells.
I'm hoping we don't have no Boston marathon or Munich Olympics replays, on a personal basis, myself. For once, I hope the FSB can stop them.
From the title, it sounded like the suspect was having a sex change.
