Didn't make any sense from a practical standard, but it felt kind of like a real unlock since you lost your sapper when you did it and couldn't upgrade/fix it. And it was hilarious to do in front of people. I got my Eyelander, but I never got any milestone 3 unlocks.
I got excited, then I realized this was an old update. :frown:
