Okay so this is really just because I haven't made a thread in a long time, I never feel my work is good enough to show off, I usually end up posting it in the 'creative work that doesn't deserve a thread' thread. :v:
Well here's some stuff, nothing serious, I haven't done any serious photography in a long time, mainly just snaps from when I take my camera out with me.

me and my mates went to a local wildlife reserve/park at night to have a couple of beers. Took my camera (as usual) this is a 30 second (or so, I forget) exposure over the lake. I didn't have a tripod, I had to rest my camera on some grass.

this picture is oooold as hell, but I gave it abit of post processing a few months ago. Taken in a nissan fiagro (a cute little car) This was actually one of the first photos I ever took.

Okay, I love this shot. Me, my mother and my uncle took our dogs for a walk on a local beach. (Hobbes to the left, Reggie to the right. Hobbes is my dog) They were chasing and playing with each other for ages.

okay, this one was taken on my phone (LG Viewty) the reason being I wanted to see if I could get any decent pictures out of my cameraphone. I was out longboarding with a mate, we took a break and I snapped it. Got home, touched it up abit and voila.

same day as longboard picture, my mate was skating, I was shooting some pictures, just got this quickly, I liked how it turned out.

I love this picture just because it's so bizarre. In the middle of a street in london.

You need to get in front of people for the candid shots.
Need to see some faces.
It took me a long time to built up the courage to, but the results are well worth it.
Nice shots though, I know a lot of people aren't a fan of the film look on digital with the vignetting, but I love it.
why so much filter rape
Nice pics mate! Keep it up :)
I like the second picture a lot, i don't know why
why so much filter rape
where is the filter rape?
why not just post them un-edited?
why not just post them un-edited?
the 2nd,3rd&4th are edited and the tube. The rest aren't.

People these days thinks anything that changes the image in any way is a filter.
Increase the saturation a bit too much and some idiots will call it filterrape.

funnily enough, I forbid myself to touch the saturation slider.
I think those pictures are great
I love the second one.

Yeah I know what you mean with the candid shots, I just feel like they are gonna get mad and try and get my camera. :v:
LG Viewty FTW
Very nice shots :) the last pic reminds me of the lake in my city.
Great shots! Stuff like this inspires me to go out and take pictures.
I don't know why so many people are against editing photos, no one is a perfect photographer and editing can always make a picture look better.
In my opinion editing is very much a part of the art of photography, since most professional photographers edit.
Anyways, I really like the subway tunnel picture.
