I don't get what is wrong with emojis. Emoticons have existed for years and are basically the same thing.

It's because people spam them unnecessarily. They'll say something like "I like dogs" and then have a dog emoji. What even is the point of that? Having an emoji of a dog after you say "I like dogs" literally adds nothing. The ones that show emotions are useful though, but that laughing crying one can go die in a fire for all I care.

There was never a time when Smosh wasn't trash. There was just a time where you didn't realize it.
My issue with emojis is that whenever I feel emotive enough to use one there's so goddamn many of them by the time I find the one I want I don't give enough of a shit to use it anymore.
