As much as I love Dunkey's videos, I really don't like that he dubs over the ones like this. I get the dubbing over singleplayer videos, but with multiplayer I'd rather hear what he's saying in the moment instead, even though it's probably just a less thought-out version of what he's dubbing over.

He dubs over a lot of his videos. Sometimes there's a sudden drop in mic quality when it switches from dubbing to actual audio. Here's an example.

In this video, at 0:32, Dunkey dubs him talking about the Xbox 360 controller. In [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9dFtbn6e8ZI#t=12s]this video,[/url] at 0:12, it's the same time, but with the thing he actually said.
I dunno, maybe he's not dubbing over this one, but the mix between the edits and the microphone indicator in the corner are hinting at otherwise.
Other ones, like his Divekick video, have the actual live audio.
He's probably recording multiple audio channels and editing the levels when something becomes too garbled to understand.
But you do have a point of him talking and not using the mic ingame. A little strange.

Most of the footage is from livestreams, so he probably took what he said on the livestream and made ran it over again to make it better quality.
