Surely they could have just not put it all the way in? I understand that it could be difficult to do given that you're often not exactly in a position to judge minute distances that well though. Honestly I doubt this is a real reason of some sort. Taiwan probably makes divorce relatively complex and requires objective reasoning of why they cannot live together anymore and will refuse to divorce them for stuff like - we don't really like each other anymore too much. So she's trying to argue with semi objective reasons to get the divorce. Remember it's her second attempt.
