Wait are they just fucking around or does it actually kick like that.
yeah they do, and that wasn't even that bad.
Wait are they just fucking around or does it actually kick like that.
obviously a sub with that magnet can kick that hard. [editline]2nd May 2014[/editline] not to mention it kicks even tho the song has no bass in some parts where do I buy
Wait are they just fucking around or does it actually kick like that.
Do you know how sound works
But you have at least felt vibration
Ever seen a subwoofer do that on the floor?
Of course, but I never thought about how it would feel to hold one while it was active.
Simple physics. If the subwoofer was powerful enough that it could push several people, then it would have to be heavier than them. That, and they would be moving very very fast.
If the amplitude of the woofer was high enough to shake them, along with the mass of the cone to actually shake them even though it likely only had maybe 2cm of movement, the cone must weight like 5-10lbs alone. Secondly, the amplitude needed to shake them would be enough to make them deaf and to break the camera and windows. Along with that, a sound wave is not just... a spike up, it's a cycle. So for the subwoofer to move them in one direction, it would be like .5hz or something AKA unhearable and also something cut off in most mastering of songs and compression. The subwoofer is going back and forth, so besides some little vibrations, it's going to stay one spot. A very loud 12-14inch subwoofer with multi-hundred watts of power even being held will merely make your handles jiggle a little while holding it because it's counteracting its own movement. That's why I find it to be a silly question.
1:19 - 1:23 They keep bouncing it through the break in the song, where it reverts to the same bassline as just before the drop, still funny as hell though.
that was awesome
Simple physics. If the subwoofer was powerful enough that it could push several people, then it would have to be heavier than them. God I hear that song everywhere. What is it called?
I guess it's this. I can't even bare listening to it...
What's wrong with the song ?
It's generic EDM that is played everywhere.
And ?
I was hoping it was the Old MacDonald edit.
It's generic EDM that is played everywhere.
"i can't enjoy mainstream popular things ughhh"
What language are they speaking? Sounds Turkic.
"i can't enjoy mainstream popular things ughhh"
It was fine for like two weeks of playing it everywhere 24/7, but then it just gets annoying. But every song is like that I guess.

Sound is vibrations. Technically, everything is vibrating. Basses tend to vibrate significantly more. Hence why if you have a snare drum in the room, bass noises will rattle the snare.
Sound is vibrations. Technically, everything is vibrating. Basses tend to vibrate significantly more. It also reflects a lot differently that high frequencies, hence why it can be hard to locate a subwoofer just by listening after it.

Sound propogates through acoustic waves, which can be seen as fluctuations in temperature, density, or most commonly pressure. The pressure can coincide with the resonant frequency of objects which results in a large response, like with the snare.
Bass just takes a lot more sonic energy, really. It also reflects a lot differently that high frequencies, hence why it can be hard to locate a subwoofer just by listening after it.
Low frequency sounds are harder to locate than high frequency sounds, but actually easier than mid-frequencies. At high frequencies you get a significant difference in amplitude between each ear due to the head shadowing effect which comes in to play when the wavelength is much smaller than your head. At low frequencies, there's a noticeable phase difference between the signal arriving at each ear which can be used to pinpoint the source. At medium frequencies, however, the wavelength is comparable with the size of your head, so there's no shadowing effect but the wave is not long enough for there to be a significant phase difference between each ear, so location of mid-frequency sounds is done through HRTF (head related transfer functions), i.e the way in which your pinna diffract the sound, the resonances set up in your ear canal, etc.
"i can't enjoy mainstream popular things ughhh"
I can get sick of my favorite songs if they play them as often as popular music does.
"i can't enjoy mainstream popular things ughhh"
I like listening to EDM, I like things that are popular. I just think Electro House as a whole sucks balls, is boring is fuck and generally doesn't bring anything new or interesting to the table.
anybody who knows anything about EDM knows that artists like Martin Garrix are just a massive shitstain on the whole scene
