If I'm not mistaken, the cop is trying to initiate a traffic stop. Just because you're on a bike, with your idiot friends, doesn't mean you have more rights than any other motorist on the road. Next time, pull the fuck over.
God I hate bikers that do shit like this. It's not cool, its fucking annoying.
It seemed like the cop gave them plenty of opportunities to pull over and they were using their lax of safety to instigate and keep the cop in pursuit.
When the sirens are on its your job to pull to the side of the road, too many times in this video the cyclists are right up against the car based on their own reckless driving.
Iunno the reason there was a crash because the guy in the right lane, where the cop isn't at, drove into his friend's bike.
Just seems like they're trying to push the whole cop hating thing. Though the erratic driving of the cop is odd. Would like to see what the cop said on the issue.

I'm more surprised the cop came out of the car smiling (atleast it looks like it?) and not pissed off from tailing them for so long

They can still setup road blocks and shit instead of one car doing this.

Thread title was something, but this video is whole other case of stupid.
A single officer running code 3 trying to stop a group of bikers. None of which give a fuck. "running off the road" is actually called a traffic break which is used to control traffic speed, but again none of the bikers give a fuck.
How to avoid this: Dont ride like jackasses, keep license plates on your bike, and obey the laws of the road.

They very well could have done that, but you still have to prepare for that ahead of their arrival.
I feel like if the cyclists were worried about their own safety they would have just pulled over. This seems like a case of gang mentality where they're all trying to use their numbers to prevent the single cop from making a traffic stop that he was warranted to make based on seeing their reckless driving.

The cop didn't even give a fuck lol. His reaction really surprised me.
Good lord there's like 50 of them at least.
If you're gonna ride in a massive herd like that, ride in formation. Pick a lane, follow the speed limits, and don't do stupid shit like handstands on the freeway.
Yeah it sucks you hit your buddy and got hurt but if you and your douchenozzle friends weren't being absolute asshats then maybe that wouldn't have happened.
They can still setup road blocks and shit instead of one car doing this.
It's difficult to set up a stop point when the bikers will be way past the stopping point before backup can even reach the area
Also it looks like one of the bikers tried to force the officer off the road right before his friend ran into him. Or is it just me? He even drives into the median to avoid being hit. Another reason I can't believe how calm and not pissed off he seemed.
The one guy filming was on the shoulder for goodness sake, I don't think these idiots were planning on obeying the law
They can still setup road blocks and shit instead of one car doing this.
LOL are you fucking kidding right now?
The bikers violated a lot of various traffic laws and generally driving like jackasses. Weaving in and out of the lane, doing tricks/stunts, speeding, failing to pull over for a emergency vehicles. The cop was trying to pull someone over obviously and they failed to do that, one bike nearly rammed into the cop car and the cop actually had to drive onto the shoulder and grass to avoid him and then the bike gets hit by a fellow dumbass biker.
Cop did absolutely nothing wrong and was trying to do his job. Good for him if he was smiling, that isn't a fucking crime so deal with it. I would be smiling too after watching two dumbshits layout their bikes. Then entire group has to pull over to stop.
Glad no one got hurt but still, it is their own damn fault. Stop being a wreckless manchild on a crotch rocket and take responsibly for your own actions. Simple as that.
People that do stuff like this make bikers in general look bad.
"Wahhhh we all broke the law and two stupid bikers couldn't check their blind spots and crashed into each other :( clearly it was the officers fault for trying to pull people over! Charge him with felony assault with a deadly weapon!"
lmao are these people even fucking serious.
Guys look how stupid this cop is, it's almost like he is doing his job!
I like how in the comment section, most of the top-rated comments are people calling out the [del]bikers[/del]posers for being jackasses and pointing out it was their fault they crashed.
TOO KOOL FOR KOPS.
surprised they weren't all wearing fedoras
That cop didn't cause those guys to wreck into each other. That guy pulled hard left and slammed into the other biker. The cop was in front of him, to his left, when he did it.
Every one of them need their licenses suspended. They were all breaking multiple laws that can get them or others killed, and then minor shit like failing to yield to an emergency vehicle
all i see are a bunch of idiots who cant follow traffic laws and a police officer trying to get them to follow these rules
"Inept motorcycle-riders attempt to blame cop for apparent inability ride in a straight line"
mfw when you guys think that endangering the lives of dozens of bikers is fine because they're committing a misdemeanor that doesn't endanger the life of anyone in a car, the officer shouldn't have been driving like that

fuck bikers that do this, they're a nuisance to everyone
Christ how do you get a license if you can't even drive straight. The cop wasn't even near the biker just decided it would be a good idea to turn hard into his friend.

I'm pretty sure the bikers were already endangering their own lives by driving like reckless fuckheads without even wearing a proper jacket.
If you ride a motorbike at high speed on a publicly accessed road wearing just a tee shirt (even moreso if you wear fucking shorts and flip flops) you have absolutely no right to ever mention your safety, because you already fucked up the most important aspect of safety - wearing proper fucking gear.

:snip: you think the cop had anything to do with these two geniuses knocking heads.

Coming from someone who rides. You don't do this shit unless you're a fucking idiot.
Those idiots crashed themselves, not the cop. Hopefully they broke a limb or two acting that fucking stupid.

He pulled in front of some of them and maintained a constant speed.
His actions had nothing to do with two idiots colliding.
