Who want's to write for a video games site? - General

My friend recently started up a video games site [URL="http://omghomeblend.com/index.php"]http://omghomeblend.com[/URL] in July. Although I have been writing some articles to help out, he is ultimately looking for more writers in order for the site to produce more content on a daily basis. Yes the site isn't amazing but it is new, and being improved every week. Take a look at some of the articles written and if you are interested in writing something of your own please message me. It can be anything from an opinion piece to a review or 'top 5' list, and if he likes it then he'll want you to write more. If you've always had an opinion you wanted to voice, or think you have a knack for writing then go for it! I'm pretty sure 90% of this thread will be people slagging off the site but that's fine, it isn't my site so go nuts. [B] EDIT:[/B] The guy is making very little money off the site himself at the moment and so won't be able to pay anyone. Even I don't get paid, I swear. So only message me saying you want to do this if you're in it for the fun. All articles will be your own and so if you want them to be removed later on they can.

Most sites like this offer payment to the authors.

We do take our time on articles and I send them off to my mates for him to either send them back with notes or simply polish off and post on the site if they are ready.

I just don't want to spend time writing these articles for no reason.

If any of you are students then it's good for your CV, but the site is non-profit so sorry but can't offer anything except your ownership of your content.

This is great. I wanted to make a game review, but never got a solid incentive for it. Count me in. I was going to make review Cry of Fear, but it never took off.
