Me and my friend are learning to try and produce on FL Studio, but it has a huge learning curve and is proving to be difficult to learn by ourselves, having 0 prior experience.
Are there any kind of full in-depth tutorials on how to use the program that we can watch? We've looked on YouTube, but a lot of those tutorials are not so great.
Thanks!
Buy a book or something.

Just watch youtube tutorials. It gets a lot easier after a certain point.

P.S. You avatar annoys me very very much.
Buy a book. Only watch youtube videos to learn how to use a DAW. You'll get a lot more out of a book.
yeah buy a book AND watch videos. That's the way to go.
Experiment to start with, I learnt alot fucking around.
I find experimentation works best for programs like this.
Don't post any of your first 10 songs. They are all going to blow.
It'd be like me picking up a violin and recording my first 10 things I could do with it.

FL Studio is a no brainer, it's possibly the easiest program to use and comes with tutorials.
Also, google.

This. And unless you get some extra sounds from the net, so will every other song. Many of the default noise on FL Studio suck giant penis.

Well that's like your opinion man.

FL Studio has some fucking great presets, not to mention the synthesizers it comes with.
Wasp, Sytrus, Ogun and 3xOsc are all good standalone stuff.
FL is horrible when it comes to sounds. Use Ableton or Reason (Reason's not fun to use with samples though)
Doesn't Ableton have like 2 synths?
Herp derp quantity over quality
I just put the samples into redrum

FL Studio has quality synths, as I have explained previously
No you said that, you didn't explain anything.
They're okay, though I still like Operator & Analog more...
