Why has common sense escaped our justice system?

The officer followed them to the home because the officer tried to previously pull them over and they never complied. So they're stupid, and deserve physical force brought against them that made them comply. Why didn't they pull over instead of driving to the house?

In my experience (pulled over 4 times) if you treat them with respect, and don't do anything stupid normally everything will go smoothly and your day won't be fucked up. I have yet to get a ticket following this method.
