Yeah, where would we be without bottles. http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=dead-sea-of-plastic-bottles Oh wait we wouldn't have that.
They're also one of the number one things destroying our planet. AWESOME!
:hfive:
They're also one of the number one things destroying our planet. AWESOME!
That's why they should be recyclable, here you get 0.2€ for smaller bottles and 0.5€ for bigger bottles, so people actually might recycle them.
That's why they should be recyclable, here you get 0.2€ for smaller bottles and 0.5€ for bigger bottles, so people actually might recycle them.
I thought it was 0.40€ for big bottles And 15 cents for cans
Rrrriiiiight. But the problem is that MOST people don't recycle them. And even IF they are recycled, it means that its just another plastic thing that will in all likelyhood end up in an ocean. Remember, recycling doesn't get rid of the plastic, it just repurposes it. So, fuck plastic. Use GLASS. What does glass turn into when it bio degrades? Dirt! Holy fuck!
Plastic made from earth, impossible to pollute earth with earth.
If you reuse plastic water bottles they fuck your shit up with chemicals. True story.
Plastic made from earth, impossible to pollute earth with earth.
Logic is so solid.
Was it two bottles of water to make one, is that how it goes?
Cans for the win.
Cans for the win.
Fuck cans Glass bottles are the best, somehow everything tastes better from them than from plastic bottles or canws
And 15 cents for cans
Where do you sell your cans at? We sell ours at a local scrapyard for something like 40 cents per pound. Aluminum is only worth something like 50-60 cents a pound. It takes a ton of cans to make a pound.
It takes a ton of cans to make a pound.
No, it takes a pound.
I thought it was 0.40€ for big bottles And 15 cents for cans
What the fuck? My friend's mom recycles and all that shit and she only gets a few cents for a fucking pound of cans. I wish I was where you're at, maybe I could make some cash recycling.
Plastic bottles aren't all that, glass is the shit, though. A glass bottle also makes a good weapon, too.
No, it takes a pound.
my friend jizzed in a bottle and brought it to school on a dare another guy drank it [editline]04:52PM[/editline] That was over a year and a half ago. We still bring it up literally daily.
What the fuck? My friend's mom recycles and all that shit and she only gets a few cents for a fucking pound of cans.
We have these magical machines that transform bottles and cans into money
No fair.
That's why they should be recyclable, here you get 0.2€ for smaller bottles and 0.5€ for bigger bottles, so people actually might recycle them.
half a euro for a large (2L?) bottle Christ, in Australia (well Western aus only) you get 5 cents of a dollar for each bottle, plastic or glass, that's bullshit!
We have these magical machines that transform bottles and cans into money
If only that was in the us... I would have a gold mine in my can bin...
Logic is so solid.
So is Earth. But here in Sweden we also have recycling machines that makes you a ton of money if you gather bottles for a year or so.
I thought it was 0.40€ for big bottles And 15 cents for cans
It's 0.4 for big and 0.2 for small bottles, 0.1 to very small bottles and probably 15 for cans
I prefer glass bottles, they make any beverage so much tastier.
YEAH BOTTLES ARE AWESOME, YOU CAN HAVE LIQUIDS IN THEM!! FUCK YEAH!! [img_thumb]a[/img_thumb]
I usually carry my meal in them.
Where do you sell your cans at? We sell ours at a local scrapyard for something like 40 cents per pound. Aluminum is only worth something like 50-60 cents a pound. It takes a ton of cans to make a pound.
I get 1.65$ a pound here in socal.
Bottles and cups are so amazing when you think primitively.
Also bottle rockets.
