I'm 13 and I really need to lose weight, there are a few problems though.
As I live with my mum and dad, they buy the food and we buy frozens, yeah.
Got co-ordination problems.
I hate it when people make horrible comments at me, like, "You should wear a bra".
I was measured at school and they referred me to a NHS thing that is too far away to get to, all petrol prices and all that.

Never eat until your full. Eat small meals.
Breakfast. Snack. Lunch. Snack. Dinner.
Never allow yourself to get hungry.
Also falls in the lines of eating healthy.
If you still want to eat sweets, watch the

Do not skip breakfast.
Cut down the Soda.
Cut down the Snacks.
Exercise every afternoon.
I was 15 when i lost a lot of weight! 2.5st to be exact. I lost it by eating a bowl of cereal and piece of fruit for breaky, Light sandwich for lunch (No butter, mayo etc just salad and ham) and for dinner a regular dinner but cut the portion down from full to 1/4 the usual size! Drink about 2ltrs of water a day and do 40 mins of jogging, fast walking what ever you can handle right now and then every passing week up the pace week by week. Try do some weights as well but that can be hard if you don't have any.... You'll be very hunger for about 3-4 days but your body will adjust. And always remember you want to be fit and healthy so you can enjoy life more... Not to stop some pricks slagging you!

I used to be fat as hell but I worked out alot and I've lost a good amount of weight going into high school just go at it and you'll do good.

If the food is homemade, what goes into it is easily regulated. You could also try martial arts, they usually do exercises in those.
