Just post whatever music or musical instruments you've recently purchased (physically) Just a couple hours ago I got: "In The Court of The Crimson King: An Observation by King Crimson" and "Numbers Lucent" by Squarepusher. Crimson King was 10 dollars and Numbers Lucent was 8 (both vinyl)
Bloodlust by Through the Eyes of the Dead. I liked their other 2 albums and it was only $6 so I bought it on impulse. It's kinda meh but it was cheap so I'm not that disappointed.
Geneva and Station by Russian Circles Axe to Fall by Converge Really enjoying Russian Circles. Not so much Converge.
Enjoy Converge more.
Boris - Japanese Heavy Rock Hits Vol. 1 and the Vol. 3. They are 7" vinyls, not sure about getting the 2nd volume. They are about 5 dollars so a bit much to get all 3 Volumes. I am however happy with the ones I have got.
Bought these three a few months ago, set me back $110 but it was worth it. I also would very much like to get my hands this: Plastic Tree - トロイメライ (Traumerei) Fucking fantastic album, my favorite of all time. But unfortunately it's out of print and on the wrong side of the earth. :smith:
Enjoy Converge more.
I used Dark Horse as an example of why I don't like metalcore some weeks ago in a thread here and I actually enjoy that one song, but the rest of the album is...meh. Not my style.
That's cool, they're not for everyone. At least you gave them a chance :).
That's cool, they're not for everyone. At least you gave them a chance :).
I even saw them live, altho they were not the band I went to see, and I gotta compliment them on how good of a show they put on but it's just not my kinda music.
Crimson King
It's King Crimson. And get Red next. First thing that immediatly comes to mind is Hackett's Out of the Tunnels Mouth.
