Someone wants to take my Dad to court for NO REASON!!! - General

I JUST got a letter today. Today was the last day in the US. And all of a sudden he has someone taking him to court. The company is called North Star Corp. My dad doesn't know these people so he was wondering. Now here is the Mix up. He has to have surgery a week before his summon. And the Doctor is in Puerto Rico. He is in serious need of it. But the other problem is there is no reason of it. I really need help here!

Take the first plane over there, bring lots of Rohypnol.

Get a lawyer, why wont you get that? Have the lawyer contact the court, if it's a necessary procedure, he'll get another hearing.

They want to take him to court for giving birth to such a gay son. They saw your posting on the internet and knew something had to be done, but you can't put 12 year olds in jail, so your dad was the next best thing.
