What is this on my neck? Small, dark-ish, smooth circle on my neck.

For the past two monthes, I've had this circle on my neck. It's a bit worrying. It's not raised, so I know it's not ring worm, but it won't wash off. I'm scared, FP. I can't add any photos right now, so sorry, but, I can describe it. It's about an inch to half an inch wide, same with tall, when felt it's a bit smoother than the rest of my skin, but even then it's just very difficult to explain it.
