I want to make a blue window alittle bit transparent and still be png. Is this possible if so how?
Turn down the opacity and save it as a .png. They retain their transparency.

Yeah, .png supports transparency just fine if I recall correctly.
I want to do it in a certain spot like thes a window and a wall around it and I want the window transparent. So how do I do that? Please tell me how to do it in photoshop if possible.
Select the part you want to make transparent with any selection tool, and turn down the opacity/erase it/cut it. Then save as a .png. IF by chance you did not set the background as transparent when you started the project (where it says "background color -> forground, white, transparent), then all you have to do is delete the background (bottom) layer. Hope this helps!
Where can I find opacity? Heres what happening, I have only one layer and I select the part that I want to make more transparent with magic wand tool. So what do I do after that?

I must make the light blue squares partly trnsparent for the skin to do its job.

Press these keys [With the selection]
CTRL - C
CTRL - V
DEL
Now go to the layer created with the blue square and turn the opacity down and then right click the layer and select merge down.
It won't work for this as transparency is defined by black in this game.
