From what I know about, these seem to most align with psy/goa, but while those use a lot of the same basic sounds, they still don't really sound the same. Stuff like this was all over late 90's-early 00's games.
I'd say breakbeat but breakbeat usually doesn't have those kind of synths IIRC
Also the unreal soundtracks are pretty rad.
