You could download the video and then play it with Virtual Desktop or Whirligig with your Vive, but I have a feeling it'd be a worse experience than watching it on YouTube.
I know this is a joke video, but I feel like it's getting pretty common for shitty 360° videos to just slap "VR" in the title to generate some more interest. [URL=https://medium.com/@blaurel/what-is-virtual-reality-77b876d829ba#.m7dwjtnon]360° is not VR[/URL]. It wouldn't even be VR if it was viewed with a headset in 3D, then it would just be a 3D 360° video.
