My Bands New Song, "Forever" - General

Hey guys, just finished the final demo recording of my bands first song, titled Forever, has taken me a couple weeks to get this last recording finished and mixed, but i've had a blast doing it. Currently we aren't really a band.. we need a bass player and another guitarist, as at the minute, its only me and a drummer, I played all the guitar and bass on this one. Just thought i'd post it up here to maybe gain a few opinions and constructive criticism. Hope you like it. Feel free to ask any questions about the recording. Sorry about that the link busted and i lost the last video... had to reupload. Trust me its not stolen. The vocal melody in the chorus sounds slightly similar but other than that its hardly stolen... i've never heard that song in my life. to me only the intro sounded similar. i like Forever. not heaps, but it's a good effort :) good luck with your band

Without assistance from the second post, this song reminded me of "Wherever You Will Go" a lot. They are very, very similar. It seemed almost directly copied, other than the words.

I like it! I love the clarity you got in the guitar, the only thing which made me laugh was the way the vocalist said "alone" at the beginning. Reminded me of "THEY TOOK OUR JERRRRBS" from South Park, it's the heavy American accent you guys have. :v: But apart from that, really awesome!
