However it doesn't seem to mention the age and gender, it was a 13 year old girl who told her parents who then alerted the school which lead to hell.

But seriously, this is such a touchy subject. Anyone could've said anything like this, and he would be put onto the news, the court, the jails. And when hes innocent? He'll leave as a free man, with no future, no family. I know of several cases where these were false information. Especially in rape cases. And this man, still innocent of these crimes against him, is put into the media. If he is found to be not guilty of these said crimes, his name is still tarnished.
