In all seriousness, probably not. That logo is new and is missing several of the quirks of the Sm4sh logo.

It's probably a new title with the same engine but with a modified roster (BotW Link and Inklings bare minimum) and new modes.

Nintendo is straight forward when it comes to their port announcements. You can tell right away. Them doing a complete new animated teaser for a supposedly port is really unusual. None of the DLC characters had animated introductions. I'd say new game.
