That really dumbest way to be apologetic.
I still don't know what the hell is wrong about Nancy Pelosi
She was born in Maryland and that makes a lot of people want to rip their skin off.

Because ever since Democrats lost 4 special elections this year and some party members are finally ideologically waking up due to Trump's win last year, They blame her for symbolic represents every wrong with Democratic Party right now. And they want her to resigned, So new face for minority leader and party future will keep afloat.
And also Republicans using her image in a negative way for getting voters.
So she is a scapegoat?
I am talking about something solid. What has she done wrong?
Well, she almost narcissistic as Trump, when she refused resigned for her party wishes.
And even I found this week ago with her interview in Politico.

AFAIK; The only thing she is good at is getting campaign funds from big corporations to win elections, and if they don't win elections what use is she.

She's taking corporate money
The entire Democratic Party isn't calling for her resignation, some elements are. It'd be dumb if she resigned just to satisfy some concerns about an attack ad after her tenure as the leader of the party for a decade plus.
Is she a competent leader? From what I see on her Wikipedia page, her positions are pretty good. She got ACA done as the speaker:
She opposed Iraq war in 2002, troop surges in 2007, Defeated Bush's efforts to revoke the Social Security Mandate, led the Democrat Party in doing 2007's 100-hour-plan in 87 hours, etc. etc. She has been around for more than 2 decades and done an awful lot. She almost personifies the Democratic Party.
Republicans don't like her as she is not a war hawk, is against guns, and spearheaded ACA through the House. From what I see, the "progressive" elements within the Democratic party are the ones that want Pelosi out. Congresswoman Rice's interview kickstarted this debacle, which says:
"It works" - I have my doubts about that. Mrs. Rice seems to think that pouring money wins elections, and if it doesn't, it is because opponent attack ads are accurate. Republicans losing 70,000 votes in a year doesn't seem to matter, Ossoff lost in the end, no matter the margin, so the SanFran Pelosi ad must be the culprit. I shouldn't have to tell you how dumb this sounds.
If you have to replace your House Leader every time Republicans attack him/her in a special election, you will never have a competent House Leader in charge for over a month.
Yea, this mostly before Citizens United v. FEC becomes law and after that, She along other well know politicians become sellouts eventually.

Dude, it doesn't change the reality that the Democrats are losing and are going to keep losing with her at the helm. She's had her time, but under her watch now, in recent years, the Democrats have had their worst defeats.
She needs to go.
But hey, keep her on board and continue to be puzzled why they just keep losing.
