After months of speculation, Sylvester Stallone has finally announced the title for the fifth (and seemingly final) Rambo movie, Rambo: Last Blood.
The actor simply tweeted earlier this week that he’ll be filming a gangster biopic about Gregory “the Grim Reaper” Scarpa after shooting Rambo: Last Blood.
Seven years have passed since Stallone last reprised the role of Vietnam vet John Rambo. The last film, Rambo, earned US$113 million (S$150 million) worldwide.
Since 2008, he’s talked about both retiring the character (who first appeared in David Morrell’s 1972 novel First Blood) for good and bringing him back for a last hurrah. Stallone apparently decided on the latter as he’ll be writing and directing and Rambo: Last Blood, in addition to starring in the film.
Do we really need that?

Expendables without the Expendables and 100% more slurring.
To be honest, I enjoyed the last Rambo way more than any of the Expendables movies. It could be okay.
so what'll happen when they make a sixth one
Rambo: REALLY last blood?

He dies in the book.
Which is kind of an awkward situation since the author made sequels to First Blood due to the success of the movie.

Ah, that's always funny when authors retcon their beloved works because the movies did it differently and sold bazillions
Rambo's weapon in the movie

No, Rambo 6 will have him in a wheel chair
Well at least it's not another Rocky.
Why? The ending in Rambo 4 was the perfect end for the series. For the first time, he's able to return home and live his life in peace.

yes this time he'll be doing everything chores and tasks like cooking a meal for a loved one
2008s Rambo was a pretty good way to end it but after seeing how he handled the Rocky finale I am more than confident this will be worth the watch.
i mean dies irl
Stallone did die irl for that shot and was revived after the director said cut. Everyone who dies in Rambo movies does this

That was actually the beginning of First Blood. The movie is now stuck in an endless loop.
Calling it now, he dies in the end and the last blood is his own.
The last one was surprisingly good so I'll have some hopes for this.

My uncle was an on-set necromancer for the Rambo movies. Made a killing.

Ehhhya whaaayswaaa ehhhyaba Dabadooo
I think we will see Rambo opening a restaurant but then a new breed of soldier will appear and to test his strength they will force Rocky... I mean Rambo into one last battle.
the manager of the retirement home enslaves the old folk and Rambo ain't havin that shit
On February 4, 2009, Sylvester Stallone quoted, "Yeah, we are doing another Rambo, but the conflict is whether to do it in America or a foreign country."

Stallone stated in a 2010 interview, "I think Rambo’s pretty well done. I don’t think there’ll be any more. I’m about 99% sure,” said Stallone.

However, in a 2012 interview, Stallone said "I'm dying to do another Rambo."
Anyone interested should skim through all the different premises he's thrown out there, it's insane. He once "confirmed" that the last film would have Rambo hunting and killing a genetically engineered beast.
Is it weird that I have never seen any of the Rambo movies?
Rambo first blood is my favorite movie since I was a kid.
The 2008 Rambo was pretty good so I look forward to this one.
Is this an adaptation of the game Rambo Last Blood? will he go around hugging people for forgiveness?
