These books are weird as fuck, I recommed you watch the seminars these people do if you want to find out what a true scumbag looks like, also I thought the guy on the title screen was Danny Sexbang
I think The game is a good story and I would encourage people to read it. People who haven't read it complain about how it teaches you to objectify women and become a douchebag pick up artist but those people clearly haven't read it or at least have not finished it.
The book is actually a story about a man uncovering a whole new world with pick up artists. He becomes an apprentice of the "art", and at first glance the life of a pick up artist seems to be heaven on earth, all the women you want and money everywhere. However, as the man slowly progresses into a master of the "art" and gets to know the various "artists" better, he eventually comes to the conclusion that most pick up artists are sad and stops.
Contrary to popular belief, the book is not meant to be used as a manual on how to get women. Yes, the book explains the psychology behind the different tricks and "tools of the trade" and you are in a way encouraged to open up your eyes to the world of pick up artistry yourself, but that is not the point of the book. The point of the book as I see it is that you shouldn't focus to much on everyone else and women but instead focus on yourself and personal growth. You might get together with many women by using the things in the book but it's not worth the price and you will eventually only be miserable. This is the way I understood it when I read it years ago.
If you are looking for a manual kind of thing check Robert Greene's "Art of seduction". It covers how to seduce men too.

And it's not as creepy as most pick up artist blogs. Haven't seen books so cant say, but I expect something similar.

Then again if you asked people about quotes from Robert Greene's "48 laws of power" or, if you are more into the roots of such stuff, Nicollo Machiavelly's "Prince" you would have the same results.

either way, the video makes a very clear point though
[sp] people dont know shit about the book [/sp]
The saddest thing here is that pretty much all the mass murderer quotes were less creepy than the PUA ones.
So creepy and worse than what I expected for sure, one thing though: Charles Manson isn't a serial killer

Yeah technically not. Hes a killer by proxy. Kinda like our good ol pals hitler and stalin.
oh man I remembered a uni-bomber quote.

I don't know if I would put Charlie with Hitler and Stalin, but yes he was a part of a murder conspiracy. He was also high off his ass every day on massive amounts of LSD and other hallucinogenic drugs to a point where he took a beatles song as a giant elaborate conspiracy theory. Charles Manson is clearly mentally ill and the only crimes he really committed prior to 1969 were petty thefts and for being a pimp. I'm 1000% sure that Charlie wouldn't still be in jail if a film celebrity wasn't killed. Its also fair to note the people who actually killed tate were already released.
His music is incredibly beautiful too, I'm sure he would have been signed if he had never started the family

Don't forget the unborn baby and the other people who were also killed.
And even though following orders/being brainwashed is not grounds for being acquitted, brainwashing people and giving them orders to kill various people in order to herald a new age/start a race war/helter-skelter could be considered much worse and more dangerous to the society.
His music is completely irrelevant.

These are all reasons he should be in a mental hospital, not a prison cell. This is also a man who believes he is immortal.
I just think that people that are clearly mentally ill should be, y'know.. treated? Manson clearly has schizophrenia to a degree and probably long term damage from a shitload of hallucinogenic drugs.
