The technical stuff looks cool, I still have to see like 10 minutes of straight unscripted gameplay though
Can't fucking wait.
Is it me or does this just seem like Battlefield Bad Company but with more people?
Looks very cool, and will be the first game i see with 256 in a map.. O.o I just wonder, how will it work?
In terms of scale and battles it looks fun as fuck, but it looks like it's very stiff in terms of gameplay on individual terms. I bet you'll get about 10 people per team actually co-ordinating their efforts properly and the rest just lonewolfing it, just like what happens in Bf2.
The game looks really good, if they can get enough people to play it.
lmao ther isnt evn 256 ppl who hav a ps3!!!!

[QUOTE=j00g0t0wnd;16702531]Is it me or does this just seem like Battlefield Bad Company but with more people?[/QUOTE] The game play seems very different. BBC always has a bit of funniness to it. This seems more serious. Plus BBC has destructible environments.
I bet the command structure bollocks that they've been championing as a good idea'll fail within the first hour of someone getting stuck as commander and not knowing what to do.
Hey cool a game coming out on my birthday. And it's even a game that I like
I can't wait. But I hope that there is going to be some sort of in-game clan system, because I can see people who aren't in a clan just being left out and having to go wolverine.
Can't wait for this either, will be buying it on release :D [editline]11:32AM[/editline] [QUOTE=Morbo!!!;16703313]In terms of scale and battles it looks fun as fuck, but it looks like it's very stiff in terms of gameplay on individual terms. People obviously understand this game lets you have a ton of people on your team and surely they'll use that to their advantage. Of course people will lone-wolf it sometimes but I have a feeling a lot of people will be working with their squad and another one all at once. Plus, this game seems to be a bit more realistic and tactical. I'm hoping it's not like BF2 where it takes more than one headshot to kill someone. Even in the new BF1943 game the sniper headshot isn't an instant kill, at least I think it isn't. I for one will be working with my squad because I like to have a bunch of people around me that are equal targets to be fired at. People feel more powerful when working with a big group, at least I do.
That's why I've always been a squad player. Because I assumed if there's 5 other people in my squad, then there is only a 1 in 6 chance that I'll be killed by a sniper first. I like those odds.

[editline]02:03PM[/editline] [QUOTE=j00g0t0wnd;16702531]Is it me or does this just seem like Battlefield Bad Company but with more people?[/QUOTE] Looks like the console version of BF2 but on a bigger scale.

That was probably one of the lamest trailer voice overs of all time. The footage was good but dear lord the dialogue was horrible.
i want this game but i don't have a ps3
have fun finding a server where nobody is lagging
This seems like a Planetside wanna-be but on Playstation and set in modern times. Okay well not wanna-be but they have 3 factions, vehicles and what not. And CR5's in Planetsides technically lead the army. [editline]05:11PM[/editline] Fuck my bad spelling
Looks like it's going to suck.

Seemed pretty boring, just crowds of infantry spraying at each other.
when microsoftdicks buy ps3 i might consider buying this

Was the trailer on the page the one which europeans got to enter a speech competition for?
