A work in progress fan-game based on LISA.
I also highly recommend checking out Nitro Rad's review of it so far if you need help deciding to play it. Has a few spoilers, but I think he includes an annotation to skip the spoiler part.

The difficulty can get brutal. There are loads of ways to die, and not nearly enough save points.
This game is phenomenal otherwise, but I definitely hit a roadblock of frustration.
Everytime someone says they're making a fan-game of LISA, I get a little worried because they almost always end up getting canned.
Oh man, LISA is one of my favorite games to date. I really hope this is up to snuff, going to give it a try tomorrow. I don't really want to watch even the trailers though because of how plot heavy the LISA games were I don't want to chance spoiling anything. From what little I've seen though it looks very promising.
The sprite work in this is nice
looks on-point
i'll play it when it's finished
Saw this a few weeks ago, only decided to give this a play last night.
My god it's amazing, feels just like Painful, but better. The difficulty has you constantly on edge with what fights you pick, what items you use, and what you buy with your limited mags. Save crows work similar to how they did in Pain Mode, but are set at specific locations that instantly activate and cannot be skipped or saved for later.
Overall its harder version of Pain Mode, but it feels fair if you're playing smart. The music is amazing and reminds me of how Joyful's music was done.
Lisa Universe is the best universe to die in.
The more is better.
This game is what Joyful should've been. It felt like most of Joyful was just filler, the different areas felt devoid of purpose and meaning, and there was barely any character development except in the beginning and ending.
Played up to [sp]the introduction of the 88 franchise[/sp] so far and I think this game nails almost everything that made Painful great. All the new spritework, lore, and music (which seems to be a mix of a bunch of fangames according to files) fit right in, with nothing feeling mediocre or out of place [sp]except for Alex grinning sometimes but eh[/sp].
My only complaint so far is the already mentioned instant savepoints. I keep wasting [sp]baby crows[/sp] thinking I'm in a good spot to save, and then finding a crow right around the corner.

Just finished it, whole thing was stellar, especially when the story becomes more significant. Crows were spaced better in the second half, and the story wrapped up enough in the end to not feel like a cliffhanger (the game isn't actually done and will have the final part made at some point).
If anyone's too worried about difficulty to play, most of the difficult fights are actually optional, so it's not brutal if you don't want it to be.
Can't wait for the final part to be released.

YES! I'm not the only one that deeply hates Alex's shitty ^_^ face.
To be honest, they could've solved the crow problem if there was some sort of a road sign with a crow symbol on it if there's chekpoint ahead.
