• Hi. I'll be interviewing Rich Evans and Jack Packard from Red Letter Media (Part 2)

I work as a journalist within the games industry now and I've been employed for about half a year now. It's a swedish site I work for, but to the point. I catched Jack's username thanks to the stream a while back and decided to ask him and Rich for an interview, to which they both said they were more than glad to be a part of. So having prepared questions, I'll be interviewing them this week through Skype. After the interview I'll write it all down as I have it recorded, and then publish the interview in both swedish and english. Now, I asked them if fan questions were alright, to which they said yes so I figured I might as well see if you've any questions you'd like answered. Simply put; Post your questions aimed towards them and I'll have a pick later on as to which ones will be asked. [sp]Jay might participate, but don't get your hopes up.[/sp]
Would they rather be attacked by a dozen duck sized horses or one horse sized duck?
Are there any films that they just flat out CANNOT check out?
Where did half in the bag first come from and what inspires you to make your films.
who are they and why should i care (User was banned for this post ("Why reply" - Craptasket))
whats wrong with your face?
Rich Evans is the guy with the laugh from Red Letter Media and Jack's on there too.
who are they and why should i care
Red Letter Media is perhaps most well known for reviews of the Star Wars prequels, which are 1h10min to 1h40min long. Per movie. Not to even mention their overall high content quality.
Since Rich and Jack have done a few episodes on games lately, I've got one I'd like to ask. Do they think there are any advantages and/or disadvantages of storytelling in games when compared to movies?
How much has internet "fame" affected them? What inspired the whole crew to take on the online endeavors- the reviews, Half in the Bag, Previously Recorded, etc? Have Rich and Jack ever considered doing a regular Let's Play series? What's their favorite game and why? Least favorite and why?
;45254344']What's their favorite game and why? Least favorite and why?
vinny from vinesauce already asked this question and they said it's not a question they can answer. they compared it to be asked what your favorite movie is, it changes as time goes on and it's hard to point to a specific thing.
Do they feel censorship in games should be enforced more severely than in other medias since you are in control of what happens (as opposed to books or movies where you're merely an observer).
If you could compare the history of a medium to the lifespan of a human being, at which point do you think movies and video games are?
whens the next plinkett review
what does it take to be rich evans every day
Can you ask if Rich Evans and I can be best friends? [editline]1st July 2014[/editline] Ask them if there will be any RLM presence at Comic-con San Diego this year for reals though
Question about the questions: Do they have to be game-related? If not: Do they see themselves as professional critics? What's the feedback from other critics? How do companies react to their revies? Any (anonymous) good or bad examples?
Some good suggestions here, some I already had planned, but thanks for the effort! A few hours left until it's happening so here's your last chance to possibly ask them something.
Interview is done. It went surprisingly good and I gotta start transcribing it. I asked some questions from this thread, and some from others. Thanks for suggestions otherwise!

Bump because we still need this.
BUMP PLEASE
It's difficult to bump threads on General Discussion, taking into account that they don't come to the top of the page anymore. You might want to consider posting this somewhere else, be it in a different forum or in a different site altogether.
It's so refreshing to see a genuinely funny group of hardworking guys get some recognition online. Seriously think how long an episode of their show takes to produce plus those fucking sets they have to keep rebuilding. They're like a pearl in a sea of shit.
hi this is happening again you all have about 12 hours to post questions. this time it'll be on an english website as well, so no more obligations from my former swedish site.
I missed it the first time around. Where can I read the first interview? I can't see any link in this thread.
want me to be completely fair? i was new, lazy and a dingus back then. i only transcribed it in swedish for the site i worked for. you guys do however get a new chance for such an interview tonight, and all in english. so just start asking questions, i'm sure you can ask things related not only to Jack & Rich, so long as they can answer them.
Does Rich Evan see the similarity between him and Jimmy de Santa (GTA 5)? Cause I really do. Even the voice reminds me. [editline]25th February 2015[/editline] Atleast an older version of him. Side by Side
How often do they smoke weed and does Jessi share her dealer?
