Sup bitchez I'm here to talk abot this crazy ass fucking idea I got just now after I smoked a bowl that contained my whole stash by slowy inhaling the flame right over the weed to slightly burn it, fill it up with smoke completely and let go of the carb bit leave the flame on and put my finger back on, and repeating that 4 times until it was ash and then blowing it all out, then smoking that ash down to nothing with another full bubbler full before the coughs stuck in and I just chugged milk with a bunch of honey in it so I barely felt discomfert at all. Fuckin' genius, I know. Why am I talking differently with that beginning? Because I felt like fucking Vince from shamwow, motherfuckers. The feeling is now diamonds. Swan dive into my next idea, semi-states. Look at your state, back to me, back to your state AND THEN BACK TO ME. My semi state idea is currently out helping starving African children by leaking out some awesomeness to help their lives be awesome, so I will explain what it's all about. A semi state is either a large city, or college town. When the state is deemed populated enough to be a semi state, it basically gets it's own boundries. It functions like a state, but is still technically in the state. It has it's own representitives and can pass laws that pertain only to their area, and any contradictory laws in the state are ignored. Then there would be a home swap program where people are offered a swap to a home and the people from the old home get theirs, and if done correctly like moving whole neighborhoods and districts between the towns and keeping the whole town as close together, hopefully the people who all share the same political ideas all get seperated and the neutrals either stay there and not care either way or go do their own thing in the middleground towns that would still be under state jurisdiction with a house swap. Then all the people are pretty much living in political utopia and because they could easily pass things that would draw in more money (like towns that are now states going medicinal and recreational) and would bring in all the benefits of both parties. What about crime rates you say? Well the money that could be earned from taxes etc would go partially to law enforcement which would have no drugs on the job but very high paying job, and partially to education since they won't have to abide by state standards. Would this be at all possible
No more big bubbler hits allowed for you. :colbert:

Would this be at all possible[/QUOTE] So what you're saying is we should get masses of people to populate a vicinity for it to become a semi-state, and then in which we will legalize drugs?
Basically. And in turn we'd get more money back from the states to try to get the economy going a little smoother. And all the people who believe in the exact opposite as the ones living there can all be happy in their big cities while all of us chill legally in the suburban areas. It's pretty mich a win/win
I like the idea, but look at your state NOW BACK TO ME. Nice Isiah Mustafa reference, that guys a beast :). Anyway, I say it probably won't work cause I mean, c'mon... How are we gonna fit all the potheads of the U.S. in ONE city?
Nice idea bro.
We don't. All current states will be broken up into a bunch of semi-states, and that government run house swap program is what gives people the incentive to move, because they'll find houses that are roughly the same, and move all their shit into the new house. We'd easily go from 50 states to over 150 if you were to do that, because 150 is only two semi-states per state (2 semi-states and 1 original state in the areas that aren't large enough to become a semi-state) it also gives smaller areas an incentive to expand and grow so they can have semi-state status as well and abide by their own laws
ahahahah its a decent idea
