Hahaha, the blt guy is such a fanboy, why would gmod perform any worse on a mac if the mac has the same hardware? It wouldn't. It'd probably perform a tiny bit faster due to the less resource hoggy operating system.

Why's that? An iMac from 2008 should be able to run gmod fine, as will just about any Apple computer. I wish people would stop jumping on the "herp derp shit hardware 4 macs" bandwagon.

When did you need the best of everything to run gmod? If the mac can run HL2:EP2 just fine i dont see how it will be that bad. It is going to be the same base engine.

Windows won't slow you down unless you have such bad hardware that you got problems covering both the Aero effects needs and the games needs, which, won't happen with the specs that are in the MAC if you compare a Windows with the same specs.
